Fruits are recommended to consume fresh or frozen, not preserved like banana chips, preserved juices, mango slices. Nuts and Seeds
Nuts and seeds are usually consumed in snacks but when you are following E2m diet, you do not have to to add salt it or oil in them. Tofu and Tempeh

Animal products

Vegetable oils are full of Trans fats which is not good or healthy for your body. So it is restricted to consume vegetable oil, you can have very little amount of pure desi ghee.
Refined Food
Refined products are fibre free, nutrients free. So it is just filling up your stomach if you are having refined food, as they do not contain any mineral in them. So it is also restricted to have refined food while following e2m diet plan. You have to have Wholesome food, fruits and veggies only.
Packed Food

Dairy Products

Day 1
Breakfast: 1 serving overnight oats with banana and flax seeds.

Dinner: 1 3/4 cup of red or brown lentil curry soup with omit oil and 1 cup roasted broccoli.
Day 2
