Preparation of homemade protein powder

  • Take a pan and roast all nuts separately on simmer flame.
  • Then keep all seeds aside and let them cool.
  • Now take oats in the pan and roast it on simmer flame till aroma spread out of it. Let it also cool.
  • After cooling all the ingredients put them into a grinder container and grind them all to make a fine powder.
  • Now take a bowl and a big strainer and pour all this mixture into this strainer, now strain this mixture so that fine powder can collect in the bowl.
  • Now add dry milk powder to this mixture and mix well.
  • Your homemade protein powder is ready if you want you can add small teaspoon elaichi powder in it for a sweet Aroma. But it’s totally optional.
