Taro Milk Tea Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of water
  • 250 grams taro (cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 100 gms purple sweet potato (cut jn 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 2 tbsp jasmine tea leaves
  • 3oz milk
  • 2 tbsd white sugar
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • Whipped cream and
  • 1/2 cup boba

How To Make Taro Milk Tea At Home:

  • Take a medium sized of bowl add four cups of water let it boil. As water starts boiling add cubes of taro and sweet potatoes slowly in it and boil it for 7 minutes at SIM flame.
  • Make a pouch of cotton cloth putting Jasmine Tea leaves in it and put it in this boiling water.
  • Off the flame and let this mixture rest for 15 minutes and take out the pouch of cotton cloth containing Jasmine tea leaves.
  • Now separate Taro and purple sweet potato cubes with tea stock.
  • Put them in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let them cool.
  • Soak boba in dark brown sugar.
  • After 1 hour take your jasmine tea stock in a blender, add some sugar and milk then blend to mix them perfectly. 
  • Now add 2 ounces of Tharo and 2 ounces of purple sweet potato and blend them all just for two pulses. So that it cut in small pieces.
  • Take this mixture into a glass.
  • Add some Boba and ice cubes.
